A domain or subdomain needs to be created before OneMart can be deployed for customers.
OneMart as the customer’s website
When a customer does not have a website and/or would like OneMart to be its website, the following changes to DNS settings have to be done.
- Go to the customer’s DNS management provider website and edit the DNS properties of the domain that has been registered for onemart
- Add the following A Record (IP Addresses)

OneMart as the customer’s subdomain
When a customer has an existing website and would like OneMart to be a subdomain following changes to DNS settings have to be done.
- Go to the customer’s DNS management provider website and edit the DNS properties of the domain that has been registered for onemart
- Add the following TXT Record

In the example above “market” is only a suggestion for what to name your subdomain. You can choose a subdomain name that aligns with your needs.
