DNS Settings for OneMart

A domain or subdomain needs to be created before OneMart can be deployed for customers. 

OneMart as the customer’s website

When a customer does not have a website and/or would like OneMart to be its website, the following changes to DNS settings have to be done.

1. Go to the customer’s DNS management provider website and edit the DNS properties of the domain that has been registered for onemart
2. Add the following A Record (IP Addresses)

1. Add the following TXT Record

1. Add the following CNAME Record

OneMart as the customer’s subdomain

When a customer has an existing website and would like OneMart to be a subdomain following changes to DNS settings have to be done. 

1. Go to the customer’s DNS management provider website and edit the DNS properties of the domain that has been registered for onemart
2. Add the following TXT Record

1. Add the following CNAME Record

In the example above “market” is only a suggestion for what to name your subdomain. You can choose a subdomain name that aligns with your needs.
