Installing Aleran RepPad from the Apple App Store
RepPad is only supported on an iPad running the latest iOS and three main versions back.
Before installing this app, please remove all older versions not installed from the app store.
- Make sure that you are in on-line mode and have synced any off-line mode orders. Please refer to the training videos in RepDesk if you need assistance with this.
- Log out of the RepPad app.
- On the main iPad screen hold your finger on the app until it wiggles and has a negative sign (-) in the upper right corner to delete it. Select that and select “Remove App”.
Follow these steps to install the app from the Apple App Store.
- Click on the App Store icon to open it up.
- Click on the search icon.
- In the search bar on the top enter aleran reppad.
- Click the “GET” button to install the app.
- After the app installs click on it to open it. Enter your “Company Code” in all lower case, your “Username” and the “Password”.
Going forward the app will update when updates are available like all the other Apple Apps do now.
It is suggested to be using the latest iOS version available for your iPad as well as keeping apps up to date to address any security and stability issues.
