- RepDesk Enhancements
- Providing the ability to add a new Custom Promotion type where the user can enter free text that is added as a line item to the order without conducting any calculations. This promo type can be B2B, B2C and can be combined with other promotions
- Adding product categories to the product export file:
- Multiple categories assigned to the same product are separated with a pipe symbol ('|')
- Allowing a discontinued product item to be part of a promotion when creating a promotion using the promotion engine
- Aleran is adding a new feature (requires license) where you can customize your order status by renaming the platform default statuses and being able to add new ones in the sequence from MyOrganization:General tab menu. The edit icon will let you rename the status, the ‘+’ sign can be used to add a new status and the up/down arrows change the order of the status
If an Aleran Connect integration with an ERP system is available, you will be able to manage Sale Order statuses on the Vendor's profile so that RepDesk users can see up-to-date Sale order statuses from ERP
You will also be able to see (and filter based on) the new Status column on the Sales Orders page with your customized statuses

- OneMart Enhancements:
- Adding pagination to the checkout page for large orders: For orders with more than 20 products, users will be able to go through pages with previous, next and jump to page links.
- Adding pagination to the cart page for large orders: For orders with more than 20 products, users will be able to go through pages with previous, next and jump to page links.
- Shoppers in OneMart will now receive an order confirmation email with order details
- In Minimal and Standard templates, users can now request a ship date for their order (similar to Fusion template)
- Showing order status field in order history: You can now select a setting on the market registration page to display order status on the order history page for your customers. This setting is turned off by default. You can also select which statuses you would like to show to your customers (except for the unsubmitted status which can’t be hidden). If you have a custom status license, then you will be able to select from the custom statuses too. If you choose not to show a certain status, then the orders in order history page will display the previous status in the sequence (see MyOrganization:General tab menu item for list of statuses and their order)
