Feature Enhancements
- Additional Product Images
Aleran now supports the ability to associate multiple images to a product so they are available through OneMart and Shopsy. Associating multiple images is done through the Products import data template where additional columns for each additional image can be defined as image_name_n and image_name_thmb_n. These new columns can be added anywhere to the Products file and where you replace “n” with the additional image number (image_name_1, image_name_2, etc for example).
- Show SKU/Item Number or UPC on the Fusion Products widget
You now have the option to display the SKU as well as UPC on the Products widget. In OneMart Site Builder, go to the Products page and click on the pencil icon for the Products widget to select whether you want display either of these fields. You can also change the label associated with each field.
- Adjust the height of the Fusion slider widget.
The slider widget’s height is now adjustable when you click the pencil icon for this widget. Images will automatically resize if you change the size of the widget which can be previewed in Site Builder.
- Fusion Header allows for placing logo in the center or to the left.
The Fusion Header now allows for configuring the placement of the OneMart site name or logo. The placement can be moved from the center to the left. If moved the left, the menu items will be placed in the center of the header.
- Products with Styles in OneMart
Products with multiple style options can be shown as a single product in OneMart with the number of options show in the Products widget and the ability to select the specific option on the Product page.
- Enforce Delivery Method and Payment Terms on Sales Orders
For vendors which require delivery method or payment terms on submitted orders, you can now make them required when writing and submitting orders. On the vendor profile, scroll down to the Required Fields section to make them required for that vendor.
- RepDesk security improvements
If a user has forgotten their password, they will now see a Forgot your password? link on the login page
If the user has an email address associated in RepDesk, they will receive an email with their new, temporary password. If they don’t have an email address, an admin user will be notified of the user who lost his/her password where the email will include the temporary password.
Also, users can now change their password in RepDesk. Users will see a new icon on the upper left where they can Logout or change their password. For security purposes, RepDesk will enforce a minimum password strength where the password must be at least 8 characters and contain as least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one special character.
- Additional Suggestive Selling button
When working on a sales order, sales reps will now see a new SEE WHAT YOU MISSED button as part of adding items to the order. The Suggest button remains in the header menu of the sales order where this new button offers a more convenient location for sales reps to drive additional revenue per order.

Bug Fixes
- Commissions Receivables will no longer show a $0 balance in red.
- Report builder results exported to PDF or Excel will show the same data as what is show in RepDesk so the output is consistent with what the user sees.
- Filter drop-downs no longer remain open after user selects a value in OneMart fusion Products widget.
