Feature Enhancements
-
Default sort of products in MarketPlace 3 and OneMart changed to display newest products first.
Previously, products displayed from lowest to highest based on the SKU number which could result in older products being displayed first. With this change, MarktePlace 3 and OneMart will display active products based on when they were added to RepDesk. Where products are added/uploaded at the same time, the SKU number (from highest to lowest) will be used to determine the display order.

Upload sale orders via file in RepDesk
You can now load new sale orders into RepDesk from a file in a manner similar to loading Customers and Products. With the Import Sale feature, you can now load a file containing orders you may receive on a periodic basis.
From anywhere in RepDesk, you can use the Import Sale feature from the Sale menu in the top navigation bar.
Once selected, you can locate the file for upload.
From a single file, you can import a sale order with multiple line items. Please note, only new Sale Orders can be uploaded. If the file finds a matching order based on the combination of PO Number and Vendor already in RepDesk, that order will fail to be imported. You can find more information about Sale Import from Training & Support > Data Templates where you will find the Required Columns, Optional Columns, as well as a template upload file. The import process will check to ensure all required information is included with each row and that any references to data in RepDesk are valid (Vendor in the file matches to a Vendor record in RepDesk, for example). The import process will also check for valid field formats (date format is correct, for example).

Bug Fixes
-
Issue with displaying popups in MarketPlace 3 on smartphones has been fixed to ensure the entire popup is visible on all devices.
-
The full item description in the Add Item popup is now displayed on all resolutions including smartphone devices using Marketplace 3.
-
A more descriptive error message is provided when a user clicks on a hotspot of a catalog image where the hostpot is for a style instead of an individual product in MarketPlace 3. The message to the user will display as “This feature is not supported”. To avoid this situation altogether, please consider upgrading to OneMart.
