- Enhancements to the eConcile Matching Logic
A change has been made to the star rating when the invoice uploaded matches to one of the sales orders in the system. The following outlines the details of what each star means for matching

- Added the ability to recode sales when vendors move from one division to another.
When vendors are moved from one division to another their associated sales can be moved by clicking on the menu item called “Recode Sales” as shown in the screenshot below. This action can be undone by clicking the menu item “Undo Recode Sales”
- Added a Task Menu item to the top menu bar
You can now create tasks by clicking on the “Tasks” menu item as shown in the screen below. This menu will allow you to create new tasks and show you upcoming tasks for the day.
- Added the support for styles in Catalog Catalyst
Catalog Catalyst now supports styles. If a product items list is uploaded with support for styles and the catalog contains these styles, then the system automatically creates hotspots styles in addition to hotspotting items.
In OneMart, a style-based catalog displays a screen to shop all the items belonging to that style as shown below
Bug Fixes
- Issue with Exporting standard reports such as sales by vendor
When trying to export standard reports such as sales by vendor when the year entered is older than 3 years was causing an issue which has been fixed
- Display the from email address in the email that is sent to the rep
A change was made to display the from email address, customer name and the date the email was sent when a customer responds to a previously sent email by the Aleran Messaging system. This information is also visible now under Messages.
- Update text when sending password to include the OneMart/Marketplace URL
When a customer’s registration request for OneMart/Marketplace is accepted, the email that is sent to the customer now contains the Marketplace URL in addition to the credentials that are sent.
- Report generation issue with Admin Cust and Admin Sale roles
With the Admin Cust or Admin Sale roles, reports now display sales data of all the reps in the organization.
