- License Management
You can manage when you want to add/delete licenses within RepDesk. On the User/Reps List screen two new columns have been added to indicate the end date of a license and if the license is set to Auto Renew
When you click on a user in the list, you can activate/deactivate license by clicking on the “License” checkbox. The License automatically expires after the current billing cycle ends unless “Auto-Renew” is selected. Once the “License” is activated a charge will be made for one billing cycle for one license even if the “License” is deactivated in the same billing cycle.
